Four Crusaders completed this Sunday’s Meon Valley Plod a 19-20 mile x country race north of Portsmouth in Hampshire.

In quick results, Pete Barber continued his excellent form, finishing 59th in a time of 3hrs 20 mins.

Helen Chalk completed the course in 3 hours 40, Matthew Fleet just outside the 4 hour mark ina  time of 4 hours 2 minutes and Lee Gardener completed the line up in 4 hours 24.
